No, not a problem at all. I didn't know they existed. I use arch, and there isn't a package for that. I search for ubuntu package and didn't found as well. For me the main point in this tutorial is easier to install, because the user just wants to build the lasted kernel. But in another page we can enumerate the toolchains options.
