Hi, I'm building a project with a beaglebone black for which I need an i2C channel. Since I need address 0x56 I need to use i2c1(i2c-2) because i2c2(i2c-1) blocks certain addresses for the capes. I've found this command to activate it:
echo BB-I2C1 > /sys/devices/bone_capemgr.*/slots > > and it works till reboot.
