Will a touchscreen such as this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/7-Inch-N070ICG-LD4-1280-800-LCD-Panel-HDMI-VGA-2AV-Driver-Board-Touch-Screen-/191131777439?pt=US_Laptop_Screens_LCD_Panels&hash=item2c8057799f) with its usb touchscreen interface work right out of the box for the Beaglebone Black? I'll be using a Debian-machinekit version linux on the BeagleBone so that I can use either Touchy or gmoccapy to control LinuxCNC.
