Micka, I guess Michrochip is responsible for this problem, because their chip LAN8710A often doesn't start in a right way, in spite of correct strappings. But they don't admit that, according to the last message in this thread <http://e2e.ti.com/support/arm/sitara_arm/f/791/t/335017#pi239031349=2>.
