My BeagleBone Black has been running for a couple of weeks with the
2014-05-14 Debian release on the eMMC. The other day I found it with the
power light on but no heartbeat. Power cycling did not result in a
successful reboot. I can boot it up just fine from the SD card but the SD
card is /dev/mmcblk0 and there is no /dev/mmcblk1. If I boot with the
flasher version of debian on the SD card it boots but then begins a double
quick flash of all four leds which I assume means it couldn't find the eMMC
chip.

Any way to reset or troubleshoot the eMMC chip? Or should I just assume
it's dead and always use the DC card?

The only device that has been attached has been a BMP180
pressure/temperature sensor running at 3.3v and connected via the I2C bus.
