Hi Harvey, I believe this is the main regulator pictured: TL5209, an LDO.

What could that mean? On Sam's BBB I read 5V into and 3.3V out of the regulator. This board's power light comes on and stays on, so that regulator seems fine. I'll keep looking into this one.
