Another question, do you have connected any device trough any serial port? I have a GSM modem attached to one serial port (not the console port), and I guess that modem sending data when BBB rebooting causes that BBB entering in bootloader or bootup menu or something like that, but I'm not sure... The heartbeat led stop flashing in your board when it is in that state right? Thanks in advance!
