I have set up SPI on my BBB (spidev_test works fine) and have compiled/installed the AT25 SPI EEPROM kernel module. I am missing the knowledge/piece that allows me to access the AT25 using the read/write calls. The at25 spi eeprom is a proxy/training ground for a much more complex spi device interface I need to build. Anyone have a pointer that can get me moving? TIA.
