The exposed Cyclops method is employed to guarantee a synchronised speed 
between CPU and RPU of the Beaglebone Black.  While it always says the 
error when configures pins through all required overlays have been 
installed and loaded as the README introduction.

In my view, the problem probably occurs in the NESL-PRU-PINS, which I 
cannot find out its dts file in upload files, thanks.
