The BeagleBone Blue has connectors for four quadrature encoder inputs. I am looking for encoders that are compatible with these inputs. It is surprisingly hard to find these. Any suggestions?
I am looking for wheel encoders, to be mounted for example on an axis. The key problem is that the supply voltage provided in the 4 pin JST connectors for the encoders is only 3.3V. Many encoders, such as this one Rotary Encoder - 200 P/R (Quadrature) - COM-10932 - SparkFun Electronics <https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10932> require 5V or higher. -- For more options, visit http://beagleboard.org/discuss --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BeagleBoard" group.
