Delete the RNDIS driver for mac, re-flash with the latest image, and just use the "192.168.6.2" interface for cdc-eth (aka non-rndis).. http://beagleboard.org/latest-images aka, your on mac, don't bother with the un-maintained rndis driver, instead use the built-in cdc-eth driver..
