Hi! Personally I’d suggest there’s no need to waste time on this activity to add routes in windows. Just disconnect your BBB and connect it directly via Ethernet to your switch/router (and of course power via a 5V DC supply with barrel plug).
Although it’s technically possible to run your BBB like a dongle hanging off the end of the PC’s USB socket, it’s a waste of time investigating your PC operating system and any firewall settings, when you could instead be using your BBB.
