Thanks!  I was going back to an earlier distro, but I have to compile the 
driver for the Realtek wifi module, which is a pain.

There's a local copy under:

/opt/source/bb.org-overlays/tools/beaglebone-universal-io/config-pin

cdsteinkuehler's version doesn't have PocketBeagle support..
