Hi Andrew! I've also seen frozen ADC. I guess (not confirmed yet) it's coming from negative Voltage on the input line.
I tried to disable and re-enable only the TSC_ADC_SS (while the rest of the system is running), to no avail. But after a system reset (warm-start) the ADC always runs well.
