For the most part, high speed is likely any mode that is not using a single
data line (1-bit) mode. eMMC is based on an 8-bit mode, and does not
support 1-bit SPI mode. SDxx supports 1-bit (both SPI and MMC) modes, and
4-bit mode -- but does not support an 8-bit mode (not enough pins)
