Situation:
- Me not really that interested (I don't need it)
- I do have opinions and think it should be done via a language of
constraints on max account value or changes fo them (but what does it
matter if I don't implement it)
- Fava people have already done work on this, see what they've done,
they're the ones innovating on this.

(Note: I'm unlikely to spend much time doing any major feature changes like
this over the next many many months, all free bandwidth is redirected to
machine learning since I got a role in the research dept, there's so much
meat there I have little time for anything else.)
