The TestRecorder filter does not process page response output stream
correctly. The ResponseWrapper implementation does not support pages
with multibyte character encoding. Tests that exercise feature support
of multibyte character sets such as UTF-8 and EUC_JP will not display
or record correctly in the NetUI test framework.
