Resolution: Fixed
It has been decided that the control constraint validator will perform minimal
checking on the FilePath property in order to provide maximum flexibility on
the value that may be specified for this property. For example, the
interpretation of "absolute" path may be different under different contexts.
Since different use cases have different requirements, it is best for an
individual user of the meta-annotation to write their own checker and interpret
that annotation however they wanted to for their own purposes.
