Looks like it was moved from Jsr181ModelTest.java in SVN 125666 on 1/19/2005.

  So, it's not been running for a while.  :)

  Seems that there is a package of "fakeAnnotation" classes which
implement the JWS annotations so that they can be "new"-ed and passed
as inputs to Jsr181TypeMetadata to ensure a particular behavior.

  Should this test be reworked so that it runs?
