Well, sort of. He's a sysadmin, I'm a programmer. Though he's
looking to get back into development, being as how the only
sysadmin jobs here in flyover country are kind of dull now that all
the ISP's have been bought up. He's the one introduced me to Perl
(to which I must confess my first reaction was "Ew, too much like
C"), but he's never progressed beyond the basic stuff. At least
until recently. He's now exploring esoteric things like "packages."
