I would also be interested if anyone knows how to do this. We have several system monitors that would be much more efficient if they could actually call us when there is a problem rather than just sending email. We have a pager that can recieve email, but that only helps whoever has the pager. If the monitor could escalate the warning and call everyone on the project team it would be far superior.
