Does anyone think that for certain types of questions an hourly rate would
be justified. In the UK Perl Contractors can earn some silly money. What
would be a reasonable hourly rate in other countries.
Does anyone know of a widely recognised Perl certification programme other
than RTFM for n years then WTFM for several more. (not from learning tree or
other training centres that think they certify you).
