I did, it needs a shared library not on my old box. > > Or perchance this is the time to talk to management > about why it is time to just upgrade to HP-UX 11.20 > where you should get it as a part of the base install???? Requires 64-bit hardware. What is scary is that I don't have exactly the same server running anywhere else (I have backup hardware only), and this has become a very critical production server I can't mess with (too much). The new replacement is on order, with a new model and new OS, but until that arrives, and until everything is ported over, I'm stuck. I have been, and will continue to do my socket stuff in C until something better comes along. I was hopefull that Perl would provide a way to quickly do an RPC from unix to windows, to eliminate my need to remote shell and do all the admin that requires. > > > ciao > drieux > > --- > > > -- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
