I sympathize with Yasen since I have the exact same problem. I often find that I delete most of the messages before I read them due to the overwhelming numbers. btw, thanks for the link Felix there is now a webinterface for the archives so one doesnt need a newsreader http://nntp.x.perl.org/group/
