The set of people able to tell you anything about FTP is NOT the same as the set of people who know how to convert from txt to html which is again different than the one of people who have at least an idea what pstoos or WMI are. If you did take the time to separate the completely unrelated topics into separate emails you'd have better chance the people who can help with one, but not the other will participate in the discussion.
