The set of people able to tell you anything about FTP is NOT the same
as the set of people who know how to convert from txt to html which
is again different than the one of people who have at least an idea
what pstoos or WMI are.

If you did take the time to separate the completely unrelated topics
into separate emails you'd have better chance the people who can help
with one, but not the other will participate in the discussion.

Besides, why would you HAVE to write 9 mails is something too complex
for me to understand.

Beg your pardon? Could you explain us how's an already existing
automated FTP tool related to Perl? If you asked how to write one,
what modules to use ... then and only then would this be a Perl
question.

Why don't you generate it in HTML then???

If pstools work for you go ahead.

The response was only as helpful as the questions.
