To find them from the default page returned from microsoft.com:

1.  Click the "Downloads" link in the navigation frame.  This takes you to
the Download Center.

2.  Go to the "Product/Tecnology (optional)" combo box at the bottom of the
page, and select ".Net" near the top of the list.

3.  Hit the Enter key or click Go.

4.  The page returned should be the same as the one in the first URL above.

5.  Following the first link listed in the results will take you to the >NET
Redistributable page, from which you can dowload the package.
