Hopefully he hasn't left but then again (this might sound harsh) I'd rather he get a tougher skin and deal with it. Nothing personal mind you. It's simply life.
The thing is, maybe it was a bit harsh and not always justified and we could all make imporvements *but* sometimes you need a good spanking to learn your lesson!
