Via 'chart' I found http://www.presicient.com/dbixchart/ http://www.presicient.com/dbdchart/ http://search.cpan.org/~mverb/GDGraph/ http://search.cpan.org/~tonyc/Imager-Graph/ which are not bad but don't come close.
