Tanks for leadning me on the rihts track, and i found that ActiveState package was not up-to-date My solution to get pp on windows was 1. Open PPM tools Under EDIT-> PREFERENS Tab: Repositories ADD Name <Any name etc more Stuff> Location: http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/ 2. Press OK 3. View -> All package 4- Select PAR-Packer version 0.976 5.
