Now - I think if a particular project meets all these requirements - and if the project coordinator makes an announcement of the project at [EMAIL PROTECTED] (though, I am myself guilty of not doing so for the OOo project), and if there is no valid objections from the *active* members, that project is automatically qualified as an Ankur project.
Yes, I am also guilty for not doing those all for Firefox [ie. BanglaFox], SUSE and some for Mandrake. ;-D If no one have any problem, then I think Me and Omi can go thru those steps for Firefox bn-BD.
