Nothing new really! You just need to install it.
Its autoconf based standard installation i.e.
"configure,make,make install"

After installation you need to run "install.sh" script
inside anubadok-0.0 directory. If you have both the taggers
installed then it will give you options of choosing one. You
can change tagger anytime doing the above steps.

TreeTagger (statistical tagging algorithm) has
known accuracy around 92-93% which is more than
Brill's Tagger's (rule based algorithm) accuracy around
87-88%. So TreeTagger is still the recommended one.
Nevertheless, you have some advantage of adding new
verb like "blog" in its database :-) being GPL compatible.

BTW, I am yet to put it up on net but I will mail you a copy
soon. Actually, I need to find out, where have I
kept that one? :-)) Its more than few months old now.

Cheers,
Golam
