It was so nice to see the good translation, but, it was so horrible and painful to see the level of spelling mistakes. Why don't people remember, the name attached with the work 'Ekushey' has a lot of glory and pride attached with it? And so, any work that carries the 'Ekushey' tag must at least have a literacy level befitting to it. And why it happens with Bangla, it is not at all frequent to see an English webpage with that many horrible spelling mistakes. Even very common words like 'আবিষ্কার', 'ইত্যাদি', 'কারণ' are all wrong there. And phrases like 'সবচাইতে' carries within it a regional dialect root that must be avoided, what should go here is 'সবচেয়ে', or 'সবার চেয়ে', or, 'সবার থেকে' or something like that. And so many more problems like that. I was really pained to see 'Ekushey' advocating illiteracy like that. Even if that is not the case, people must maintain the minimum required level of seriousness. The work is probably bigger than any of us individuals. Why can't someone check the whole thing with a dictionary before keeping it there on the site. I can volunteer from now on to check the texts before you people put it there, if you want it. Coloniality is what coloniality does. We have to give ourselves the dignity for others to attach that with us. ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
