Came up with patches for all the pango issues (except for ঝন্ঝন্ - which seems to work for me). ভর্ৎসনা ---> bug #427584 আন্দোলন --> bug #427667 While doing all these, I also came up with a patch to fix the ra-jafala issue - this has been there for too long and needs to be squashed :-). The relevant bug id is #427611 Next in line - to not allow Pango to combine khanda ta/a/e with vowel signs. All the bug reports have patches against Pango 1.16.x (SVN). Please test them if possible.
