I am a bit confused now. Apparently, there are two keyboards from Ankur. One is
Probhat and the other one is Lekho (phonetic). I am trying to create Probhat.
The Windows IME does not have any halant in it! '/' is printed as it is. What
to do?

Lekho keyboard is there in Lekho editor and DS IME
(http://www.stat.wisc.edu/%7Edeepayan/Bengali/WebPage/Contrib/BanglaInput.html).
Is there are link between Lekho and Probhat?

DS created a phonetic IM in Javascript years ago. Maybe you can copy some bits
of it :-)
