Wait until the users is not listed in the Users Pending delete before adding back to BES. Also check the permissions on the mailbox are correct.

It's set to wirelessly synch Contacts but doesn't. Any ideas? Also when I tried wiping device and reactivating it - it seems to hang a synching Desktop... It says Calendar completed.
