That is a common problem with websites hosted behind your firewall and
DNS.  It is easily resolved by editing the hosts file on the client
computer, in your case the server hosting BES.  Just add a line to 
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
like this:
<internal IP>   <website URL>
e.g.
10.10.5.3       www.companydomain.com

That will allow BES to resolve the web address, and with that MDS
browsers in your Blackberries.
