Use the Internet browser instead of the BlackBerry browser. It should load fine
then.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Website Access Issue

Users activated on our BES are reporting that they can not access the
company's external website. They get a connection refused on port 80
message.

Users not activated on our BES can access the site fine thru their BB.

Devices have no specific policy, and this is across all carriers.
Users can access other non-company sites.

I'm thinking something to do with a firewall, but our network folks
say it's not (naturally!)

Any ideas? Suggestions?

Thanks!
