I'm so glad I asked you this. I will make sure everyone has this setting. Can I push this setting down via a policy beforehand? thanks

The only end user interaction would be to select "OK" at the "Activation Complete" message. As long as wireless reconciliation is set correctly on the devices (mailbox wins), you shouldn't see many duplicate entries. If so, they usually remove themselves after some time. My BB took about a week to clear up duplicate contacts after a server move. I have 100 users I need to move and wanted this to be as transparent as possible. Blackberry tech support made it sound like this was a piece of cake. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ] On Behalf Of John Sent: Friday, May 08, 2009 02:46 PM To: A list for BES Admin's to discuss issues, etc. Subject: Re: [Bes-admins] Question re moving users from one BES server toanother It is normal. However you must be careful bc the user may end up with duplicates on the device....
