Correct.  The only end user interaction would be to select "OK" at the
"Activation Complete" message.  As long as wireless reconciliation is
set correctly on the devices (mailbox wins), you shouldn't see many
duplicate entries.  If so, they usually remove themselves after some
time. 

My BB took about a week to clear up duplicate contacts after a server
move.

Server has a different srp correct? Different books will be pushed,
device will then re-activate it should complete with no interraction
from the user.

Really - how can that be prevented? I have 100 users I need to move and
wanted this to be as transparent as possible. Blackberry tech support
made it sound like this was a piece of cake.

It is normal. However you must be careful bc the user may end up with
duplicates on the device....
