Are you sure the whole account numbers were in the text message?  Doesn't sound 
right to me.
I use WaMu (now becoming Chase) and when I text for my balance I only get the 
timestamp, last 4 of acct number and balance.

I can't see any bank providing the entire account number via text message.

I know some people log SMS txts, and I was just going through some of
mine to make sure everything is in order. I was alarmed at the fact that
I saw a payment confirmation to a bank account, with the amount, and
accounts in plain text. I know Chase does this as we have all seen the
TXT chase, and they will reply with your balance. It shows everything in
plain text. Didn't know if anyone else knew this or not. Just a heads up
- be careful who has access to that data wherever it's stored.
