I had a problem in the morning, but everything went fine in the afternoon.

Subject: [Bes-admins] VZW/RIM Service Book outage

Just got off a four hour support call to VZW and RIM when trying to send 
service books to a new device.  They have determined there is a wide spread 
problem affecting "many many customers" when trying to send service books.

Anyone else going through this today?
