We are upgrading the BES to 4.1.6 MR5, with this comes HTML e-mail support. We would like to offer this enhancement to current users, but not everyone is at 4.5. Upgrading will have to be done one-by-one because we don't have access to all 100 device. We don't don't to make upgrade a full-time job for someone either.
