One issue we came across was that music was not showing up on the handheld 
unless we chose "Explore" from the menu. We tried a few battery pulls but 
that did not work. What ultimately got the music to show up was to move 
all the media off the handheld, move it back on and then performing a 
battery pull.

I would like to know the results people are getting upgrading Pearl 8100
we have nothing but problems with the phone going into the busy symbol
by trying to do anything after the upgrade. I have gone through the
normal steps reformatting the memory card etc with no success
Almost all our 200+ Devices are 8100's. We are on BES 4.1.6 but I don't
think the BES is where the issue is.

Using the official Vodafone NZ release

We moved to BES 4.1.6 and just used attrition and user-request to get
users to device OS 4.5.

We're now going through each device and updating everyone to latest
device OS.  I'm expecting to do maybe 3-5 per day, with 4 other people
helping me, to get through 450+ devices.

We are upgrading the BES to 4.1.6 MR5, with this comes HTML e-mail
support.
We would like to offer this enhancement to current users, but not
everyone is at 4.5.
Upgrading will have to be done one-by-one because we don't have access
to all 100 device.
We don't don't to make upgrade a full-time job for someone either.

How many devices do you have access to at a time? If you don't have
access to all 100 is it worth upgrading? May want to just wait until a
phone is ready to be upgraded.
