Both RIM and AT&T said there is nothing they can do about it, seems odd to me.

Going through SMS logs since we are running reports now there are duplicates with one SMS message. The same message but the time stamp is a second off and maybe 10 seconds off on some. Is this normal behavior with the SMS logging on BES?
