Does the user have any filters set up?

Hi Everyone,

I have a senior executive who is complaining there are  approximately 5 email 
messages in his Outlook mailbox from June 2, 09 which are not appearing on his 
Bold Blackberry. I have rebooted the device and tried the reconcile command 
without any luck. Is there anything else you can think of which could get these 
emails to appear on his Blackberry.
