Here's why you're not seeing the 'Reload User' function:

There's two places in BlackBerry Manager that allows you to list Users.

You can highlight the 'BlackBerry Domain' in the left pane, or you can
highlight the actual BlackBerry Server in the left pane.

Both of these will have a 'Users' tab in the main window.

 

Depending on what you have highlighted in the left pane (Domain vs.
Server) you'll get different functions when you right click a user.

 

I forget which one gives the Reload User command, as I don't habe
BlackBerry Manager in front of me right now.

 

(Regardless of where it is, it's not going to help Doreen anyway.)

We're running 4.1 SP6 for Exchange as well but that command is not
showing up.

First I am seeing that command as well.  What is the difference between
"Reload User" and "Resend Service Books"?
