You can highlight the 'BlackBerry Domain' in the left pane, or you can highlight the actual BlackBerry Server in the left pane. Both of these will have a 'Users' tab in the main window. Depending on what you have highlighted in the left pane (Domain vs. Server) you'll get different functions when you right click a user. I forget which one gives the Reload User command, as I don't habe BlackBerry Manager in front of me right now.
