How have you found the reliability of pushing OTA via Software Config?

I find that we have a 75% success rate. 3 out of 4 get pushed down no problem,
but there are always a few that need manual intervention. The manual
intervention usually requires me removing them from the IT policy that does not
allow them to uninstall the app, then manually removing the app, rebooting the
BB, and then having me re-add them to the Software Config with the new client.

Have you seen similar results?

Thx

Software
Config for in-house applications, self install non-mandatory applications for
small group of people, no user installations for the rest.

Taking an informal
poll among BES Admins... How are people pushing out applications to end users
attached to their BES server?

We have a custom app that we push out to all BB users at our company.
We've been using Over-the-air installs via the Software Configuration utility
in BES, but now are starting to experiment with sending links to JAD files etc.

Can people share their experiences and recommendations?

Thx,
Steve
