Boot drive + BES installation does not need that much space - I found it being perfectly happy in 30-40 GB partition. Logs is another issue. First, you should figure out how many days of logs you want to keep. Then allow for 500MB of logs per day. Please note - your mileage may vary depending on (a) number of agents and (b) use pattern. I usually compress those - ratio is 3.5/1. Place logs on a different drive/LUN from the OS and BES itself and you should be good to go..
