I run the handheldcleanup utility in the utilities directory from the command line and use a -u switch to update the store locations. That usually does the trick.

Is this normal behavior? Is there any way around it, All the users had to re-enterprise activate. I just tried it on mine and the same thing happened. I am kind of surprised we never picked up on this before. Please advise as the messaging team does this quite regularly to balance the load among the various stores.
