I run the handheldcleanup utility in the utilities directory from the command
line and use a -u switch to update the store locations. That usually does the
trick.

Subject: [Bes-admins] Moving Users to a new Store on Exchange 2003

Hi Everyone,

Our messaging group recently moved a bunch of users from one store to another
on the same server and the users lost their ability to send/receive on their
Blackberry. Is this normal behavior? Is there any way around it, All the users
had to re-enterprise activate.

I just tried it on mine and the same thing happened. I am kind of surprised we
never picked up on this before. Please advise as the messaging team does this
quite regularly to balance the load among the various stores.

Thanks
