Yep. I know of the wipe handheld command. Issue is that this would be done posthumously (I love that word as morbid as it sounds). I guess I need to really define how the question was asked.
How are you notified when to disable an account after a person leaves (other than you getting back the corporate handheld back). Have your policy interval set to a specific time period, (for those on vacation, etc) so it will push out every so often. If a device is out of contact too long it wipes automatically (which would happen if their account is removed/disabled).
